About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of employment litigation experience. The role will involve handling a diverse range of litigation including employment, class action and PAGA matters.
Responsibilities:
Representing employers in court.
Taking and defending key depositions and arguing motions in court.
Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Represent employers in arbitration, before administrative agencies, and during mediations.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
This position provides a competitive base salary range of approximately $165,000-$195,000 and a lucrative bonus structure for hours billed in excess of the minimum.

Active membership in the California State Bar is required.
Demonstrated excellence in academic performance.
