About the Role
We have a wonderful client seeking an attorney experienced in the administration of California trusts and estates. The ideal candidate will be able to lead both basic and complex probate and trust administration matters. No portable book of business is required, though each attorney has the opportunity to generate business if they desire. Tax experience or probate litigation knowledge is a plus, but also not strictly required.
One of our client's competitive advantages is its relative youth in a field dominated by aging practitioners. While the firm’s clients range in size, its “sweet spot” is typically estates between $10 million and $100 million. This boutique firm is able to provide its clients with sophisticated advice and concierge level service by working in close collaboration as a team to effectively meet client needs.
This is an opportunity to become an invaluable part of this growing firm. The position is predominantly in-office, to foster a collaborative work environment, and provides competitive benefits, including medical, dental and retirement. Flexible time off. Salary, depending on experience, starting at $200,000+.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in handling trust administration for large estates.
About the Company
A boutique trusts and estates law firm in Beverly Hills, our client is made up of former big firm lawyers and their support staff who sought a more balanced approach to the practice of law. Tired of bureaucracy and the focus on billable hours, our client instead prioritizes both technical skill and emotional intelligence. The firm is exceptionally lifestyle oriented, with a warm, friendly and cooperative team-based environment.
